Returns and Refunds:
If the product purchased on our website is defective, it can be returned within 30 days from receipt of the product. The customer must contact us by email orders@braziliancd.com to arrange the return of the same. Upon receipt of the return, we will provide a replacement. If the item is no longer available in our stocks, the payment will be refunded.
If the order has not yet been shipped and the customer wants to cancel the purchase, the cancellation can be requested while the order is still being processed and has not yet been shipped with the chosen carrier.
Credit Card Payments
To make your payment by credit card and complete your purchase, choose the "PayPal" payment option, which will take you to this specific channel with your order details and receive your payment details. We use safe tools from specialized channels in online payment intermediation so that your payment is made safely and processed quickly.
Product Availability
In general, unless otherwise stated, products that are listed on our website are products that we have in stock in our physical store, ready to ship. It can happen that a single item of stock is purchased from our physical store at the same time an order is placed online. We do everything to prevent this type of situation from occurring, but if it does and we are unable to get the item back in stock within a reasonable time to fulfill the order, we reserve the right to refund the payment and cancel the purchase.
Shipping
Purchases will be sent by the postal service in Brazil, "Correios" and will be dispatched on the same day or the next business day. We do our best to offer a low-cost option and at the same time don't delay in shipping it. However, although in general the shipments reach their destination within ten to twenty days or less, it may take longer, depending exclusively on the Post Office and customs.
